mana4d is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory during account registration.
Each individual may hold only one mana4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
All mana4d accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment channels.
mana4d operates under an international gaming licence with regular third-party audits of game fairness and financial controls.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mana4d. By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, together with the mana4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a mana4d Account and access any real-money gaming or wagering services on the Platform. mana4d strictly prohibits use by minors. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. 21+
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the mana4d Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. mana4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each User may register only one mana4d Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the mana4d registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times. mana4d may verify registration information against third-party identity databases and reserves the right to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mana4d Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. mana4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mana4d support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
3.1 Personal Use. Your mana4d Account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, and you must not access or use another person's Account under any circumstances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information when communicating with mana4d or completing account verification processes. Any misrepresentation of identity is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 Account Monitoring. mana4d may monitor Account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted pending review. mana4d will notify you of any restriction where it is operationally permissible to do so.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mana4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. mana4d reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your mana4d Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, subject to payment provider processing times beyond mana4d's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. mana4d targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: eWallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes for verified Accounts; FPX bank transfers — same business day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM Malaysian time. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels. mana4d will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. mana4d is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree that mana4d may request documentation to verify the source of funds in your Account. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review. Accounts found to be engaged in suspicious financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities and Balances may be withheld pending investigation.
4.5 Currency. All Account Balances, Wagers, winnings, and Bonus Funds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mana4d does not accept or process transactions in any other currency on the Platform.
5.1 General. mana4d may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim offers repeatedly, placing low-risk hedged wagers to fulfil wagering requirements, or using software to exploit promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited. mana4d reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds, void winnings derived from abused promotions, and terminate Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.3 Modification of Offers. mana4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are not negotiable on an individual basis.
6.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mana4d Platform:

All casino games on the mana4d Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by licensed studio dealers. Game outcomes are subject to regular third-party testing by independent laboratories to confirm statistical fairness.
6.3 Consequences. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result, at mana4d's sole discretion, in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the mana4d Platform — including but not limited to the mana4d name and logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, design elements, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to mana4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any mana4d Platform content without prior written consent.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mana4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions to live casino streams.
8.2 mana4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mana4d Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 mana4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.

10.1 Amendments. mana4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10.2 Termination by mana4d. mana4d may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, including for breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or fraud prevention purposes. Upon termination for cause, mana4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation.
10.3 Termination by User. You may close your mana4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the mana4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of mana4d's licensing authority, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, payment transactions, or Account management, you should contact mana4d customer support in the first instance. mana4d will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
11.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the mana4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mana4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
